Based in Los Angeles, Sarah Thibault uses light and color to transform her oil-painted landscapes into altered realities. Frequently working en plein air, Thibault’s paintings draw strength and resilience from the land, expressing the possibility of healing through communion with nature.

Thibault is also co-host of The Side Woo, a podcast that explores the intersection of art, mental health, and spirituality. She has exhibited at The Pit (Los Angeles), Eleanor Harwood Gallery (San Francisco), Good Mother Gallery (Los Angeles), and Mark Wolf Contemporary (San Francisco). She holds an MFA from the California College of the Arts, a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
