Lee Noble & Will Fraser

Please join us for a special evening of live music performed by Lee Noble and Will Fraser at Dreamsong. Lee Noble will perform a new composition for modular synthesizer and field recordings. Will Fraser will perform song-forms for electric guitar and voice written during the pandemic.

Noble’s most recent album Blossom Everywhere was composed and recorded during long periods of isolation in 2020 and features asymmetrical generative melodies, tones, atmospheres, percussive cut-ups and samples. Noble has performed at many venues and festivals in the US, Europe, and Japan, including the Walker Art Center, UrBANGUILD (Kyoto) and Issue Project Room (Brooklyn).

Will Fraser is a musician, writer and speculative thinker based in the Twin Cities. He is interested in formal emancipation through pop form and contemporary philosophy. His band Wild Firth released their sophomore album, Lawn Memory, with Forged Artifacts Records in 2019.

We will be limiting capacity at this event. We will also require attendees to show proof of vaccination at the door and wear masks while indoors. Attendees will also have an opportunity to view Lee Noble’s solo exhibition Hold Your Hand Out In The Dark, on view until October 2nd.
